Best of Nepal Itinerary Details
Day 01 : Arrival day

Arrive at Kathmandu ( 1400m) Airport. Meet & greet by our airport representative.
Transfer to hotel at Nagarkot. Overnight at hotel .

Day 02 : Full day sightseeing in Nagarkot

Early in the morning walk for about 20 minutes from the hotel and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise . Nagarkot has become famous as one of the best spot to view Mount Everest as well as other snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. It also offers an excellent view of the Indrawati river valley to the east. With an elevation of 2,195 meters, Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Valley and is described by visitors as a place whose beauty endures year round. Walk down towards the hotel.
After breakfast, visit to Changu Narayan Temple, This is the oldest temple of Vishnu built in early 5th century AD situated at the end of long ridge which runs well into the valley. This place is to the northeast 6 km from Bhaktapur valley through the countryside. It commands most magnificent views of Katmandu valley and Himalayas ranges on the back ground. This is also a most important historical, religious place where one can see largest number of finest stone sculptures dating back to 5th-9th century AD. This is also known as living monumental garden.
After lunch, drive 18 km north from the valley towards Nagarkot which, is one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur district and is renowned for its spectacular sunrise view of the Himalaya when the weather is clear. Many visitors prefer to visit Nagarkot in the spring when surrounding valleys break out in a rich kaleidoscope of different coloured flowers.
The flowers are beautiful against the serene backdrop of the snow-covered mountains. Ever popular among the tourists are the short treks and picnics which Nagarkot offers. Treks from Nagarkot are unique and delightful. For anyone who wants to have an adventure without exerting much effort, a hike to Nagarkot's surrounding areas would be a good option. One can traverse short distances on trekking trails and come close to nature's wonders such as the outer of verdant forests, flower-covered meadows and unusual rock formations. Free time in the evening to walk around the village. Back to Hotel and overnight.

Day 03 : Drive to Chitwan

After breakfast, take a drive trip to the southwest 165 km by overland to Chitwan, Upon arrival our representative meet and transfer to resort. On reaching resort, our guest relations officer will brief the guest.
1:00 p.m.: Lunch.
3:30 p.m.: Elephant Safari / Jungle Walk / Nature walk with Boat ride.
8:00 p.m.: Dinner.

Day 04 : Full day Jungle activities in Chitwan

5:30 a.m.: Wake up call followed by tea/coffee.
6:00 a.m.: Bird watching / Elephant Safari / Jungle walk.
8:00 a.m.: Breakfast.
9:30 a.m.: Crocodile walk. A 45-minute walk through grassland and forest upstream the Narayani River after which, board boats to observe crocodiles along the Banks while floating back to the camp.
1:00 p.m.: Lunch.
3:30 p.m.: Elephant Safari /Jungle Walk / Visit Observation Tower / Nature Walk with Boat Ride.
8:00 p.m.: Dinner.

Day 05 : Drive to Nayapul and trek to Thikedhunga

5:30 a.m.: Wakeup call followed by tea/coffee.
6:00 a.m.: Bird watching / Elephant Safari /Jungle walk.
8:00 a.m.: Breakfast.
9:30 a.m.: after breakfast our trekking guide will take you for five hour drive to Naya Pul and commence our trek to Birethanti, a large and prosperous town beside the Modi River. We head up the main trail to Sudami where we climb gradually up the side of the valley, reaching Hile (1495m) before pushing on to Tikhe Dhunga

Day 06 : Trek to Gorepani

After breakfast we prepare for the long uphill and start with steeply ascends on the long stone steps to Ulleri village with the amazing landscape and the Himalayan scenery. We spend a pleasant day's trekking through rhododendron and oak forests. The scenery gives you inner power to climb up these steps and immerse you to walk more. After few hours of walking with several breaks in between reaching at Ghorepani, we can enjoy the fantastic views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan range.

Day 07: Short Excursion to Poon Hill (3200m), trek to Tadapani (2647m)

An early morning start for 45 minutes hike up to Poon hill (3210m/10530ft), the route offers the glimpse of the pleasant rhododendron forest. This brilliant viewpoint provides us an unobstructed sunrise over the high Himalayas and the wide range of panoramic scenery from the far western Himalaya of Dolpo, Mt. Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna including Mt. Machhapuchre (Fish Tail) and all the way to Manasalu. After a great time return back to Ghorepani for breakfast trek to Tadapani (2650 m.) through the deep forests of rhododendrons, bamboos and oaks. En route, one can observe waterfalls, rocks, wild animals, birds and green valleys. Overnight at Tadapani.

Day 08: Trek to Ghandruk

Today we trek through the forest of Rhododendron and oak which is the easiest trek of the whole trek. We can hear soothing chirp of birds on the way. This trek also offers the best alternative for birds lovers. Gandruk is the big Gurung village with handicraft center and Gurung Museum . From this village we can observe good views of Annapurna south, Hiunchuli , Gangapurna, Annapurna III and Fishtail. In the evening typical Gurung cultural program will be organized by local people if requested .

Day 09 : Trek to Fedi and drive to Pokhara

The route follow the downhill path leading back to Syauli Bazaar. The walk is pleasant most of the way following the Modi River towards Pothana and an easy trek to Fedi. Our adventure ends here and we drive back to Pokhara for the overnight.

Day 10 : Full day Tour and Sightseeing in Pokhara

Early in the morning around 4:00am wake up and get ready to drive 5 km away for 30 minutes and hike for an hour to Sarangkot. In a moment you will have great view of the Pokhara Valley and the magnificent view Annapurna range. Sarangkot is the small hilltop which is famous for its breath taking view of sunrise and Annapurna range and Fishtail (Virgin Mountain). From here, you can see a panoramic sweep of Himalayan peaks, from Dhaulagiri (8167m) in the west to the perfect pyramid that is Machhapuchhare (6997m) and the rounded peak of Annapurna II (7937m) in the east. Most people come here at dawn, when the sun picks out the peaks in brilliant colours. Sarangkot is the highest view point for a sunrise and it is just 1592m high.
We will take a breakfast and then hike back and drive to Bindbasini Temple one of the most popular and most visited of these is the intriguing Bindabasini Temple known locally as Bindhyabasini Mandir. Standing proudly at top of hill, this striking temple looks calmly over the bustling city of Pokhara.The white pagoda-styled building of the Hindu Bindabasini Temple quietly sits at some 3000 feet above sea levelalong the renowned Annapurna and Machhpuchhare mountain ranges. It is located near the busy Old Bazaar of Pokhara, a center of commerce in the Himalayas. Bindabasini temple or Bindhyabasini Mandir is of great religious importance to Hindus living in the Pokhara region.It is a vital hub of religious. The temple itself is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga. Durga,also known as Shakti or Kali has numerous manifestations and at the Bindabasini temple she is seen as Bhagwati, a blood-thirsty aspect of the goddess.
Than we drive to Mahendra Cave, it resides in Batulechaur. It’s a 10 minute drive from chipledhunga the central market place of the Pokhara city. Mahendra cave has been named as per the Late King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev. This cave is a natural tunnel which is provided with artificial lighting systems. Bulbs are used by the cave incharge so that the visitors can visit it without any difficulty. But do take a torch light with you just in case the electricity goes off. Mahendra cave is rich for its rock types and different stones that glitters when a beam of light is striked in it. This natural formation is to see not to strike with sharp digging objects. This cave consist of big boulders of rock and the tunnel leads to different places like Kali Khola (River) but at present many of the tunnels are blocked by huge boulders of rock. Then we drive back to the hotel and over night .

Day 11 : Fly to Kathmandu

After breakfast we will fly 30 minutes to Kathmandu. In the evening we will walk 15 minute from hotel to Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will see the Taleju Temple, built by King Malla in 1549 A.D.; Kal Bhairav, the God of destruction; Nautale Durbar; Nasal Chowk; Gaddi Baithak; the statue of King Pratap Malla and the Jagannath. You will also have time for some shopping. A nice farewell dinner and over night in hotel.

Day 12 : Departure Day

After breakfast Check out from the hotel and than drop to Airport for onward journey.
