Everest Region Trek

Everest Region, certainly fills our imagination with the images of massive Himalayas that roof the top of the world, densely snow covered areas and the alpine environment perfect for trekking in an extreme condition, what many trekkers would love as a challenge accomplishable and the post feeling after trekking completion so incredible and memorable, a life time experience to remember.

At some point in life, everyone would consider Everest Region as one of the ‘must visit’ places in the world at least   once in a life time. Conquering the summit would be just another dream but just to be able to say ‘I have been there at the base camp’ would be enough to treasure the pride of being at a special place on earth, an enviable trekking experience worth telling others time and again.

Furthermore, physically being there would be even more exciting and mesmerizing by panoramic views of the Himalayas, the landscapes, the forests, the edges, the valleys, the rivers and the snow covered trails where every slow step leaves behind the footprint for the fellow trekkers to follow,   and also the legendary Sherpa community whose deeds in mountaineering are world renowned, in particular the vital role in changing the dream of conquering the Everest to a real one.

The region is quite accessible from capital as there are both the Bus services as well as Air flights everyday in the favored seasons. When travelling by bus, the last stop would be Jiri, from where trekking starts for almost seventeen days before reaching the base camp whereas taking the air route, the base camp could be reached in a week time. Considering the time period of the holiday and physical fitness one can decide for appropriate trip.

Whatever the mode of preference, one could experience every bit of emotion for being at the base of the highest peak in the world, the reality is always different than what we hear and listen.
